Wanna hear something funny? When this whole story came out and we were introduced to Stormy Daniels, I turned to my family and said "That's the lady who is going to take Trump down. Right there. Stormy, we thank you!". And here we are, 7 or 8 years later - God, has it been that long? Trump is nothing but a walking nightmare for most Americans.

Today, a federal appeals court panel upheld right-wing podcaster and Donald Trump adviser Steve Bannon’s conviction for contempt of Congress.
Bannon was convicted in October 2022 on two charges of criminal contempt of Congress — Willful Failure to Appear for Testimony and Willful Failure to Provide Records. Both of these charges resulted from Bannon’s refusal to obey a subpoena from the House Jan. 6 committee.
Bannon was sentenced to four months in federal prison.
What Happened to Stormy Daniels Is Not Salacious. It was something sadder, uglier, and — for many people who have lived in some way in the shadow of sexual violence — more familiar.
