What a difference in tone to our national politics. I wonder what Reagan would think of Donald Trump? Any guesses out there?...
That's a good observation on the tone aspect of our politics. There was competition back then, but not as wild as we see now. As for Trump, he would not have run against Ronald Reagan. Ronnie suffered no fools.
This country has changed so much, so much. Since Trump entered politics. He's the problem.
Those were the good Ol' days. Reagan was conservative and some said a racist, but never publicly like Trump. Mondale was another Jimmy Carter.
